Hanya Susu rendah lemak dan biskut je.














Makan Tengahari:-


Pasta Bolognese ini masak sendiri. Kalau nak sihat selalunya kena masak sendiri lah kan. Tapi ini pasta bolignese yang dan di melayukan. Sebab saya tumis sikit dengan bawang putih dan cili padi dengan guna minyak zaitun...sihat lah jugakkan....
