Menu Ari nie - 14 Jun 2011

Sarapan Pagi:-


Pagi selepas bagun tido aku minum susu HL segelas = 100kalori, kemudian sampai office baru buat nescafe = 36kalori dan makan biskut 2 keping =103 kalori.....itu sarapan pagi ku. Total = 239 kalori


Makan Tengahari:-


Nasi separuh ikan goreng kembung dan sayur . = 474 Kalori


Buah-buahan :-




Kalau diet biasanya buah epal hijau peras sikit lemon.....sedap...ada masam2 dan boleh kurus...he he

52 Kalori je....

Makan Malam:-






 Salad yang sihat dengan dressing dengan Italian....ini baru sihat tanpa kalori.....jom kita kira kalori ari nie....

Senaman:

Berjalan kali laju selama 40 minit = bakar 320 kalori
