Berat Aku pada 27 June 2011




Berat aku x naik dan x turun.....sama dari minggu lepas. Aku tahu kenapa?? aku dah senaman dan jaga makan dalam week day. Tapi bila hujung minggu aku belasah je macam biasa. Ini lah jadi nya.....maknanya...bila diet....x da satu ari pun kita boleh tipu....nanti x berjaya. Walau apa pun x pa. aku belajar dari kesilapan. Harap2 next week turun lah berat aku..... amin.

Berjogging di KLCC

 Akhirnya terlaksana nak jogging di Taman KLCC. Selama nie ada niat je. Tapi sejak ada sokongan dengan kawan2 office....lagi bersemangatlah. Setakat nie dah jadi acara setiap minggu, bukan buat ubat je...kata dr mak nadiya.... Moga usahasama nie dapat di terus kan. Bukan senang nak kurus!!!!! kalau x di sulam dengan senaman yang teratur...syukur ada kawan yang mengokong...bukan mungutuk je...he he



 Nie aksi2 selepas jogging 3.6KM.....Araca longgarkan badan...bersama Awanis dan Nadiya yang sibuk ambil gambar .....abaikan lah muka penat masing2...hehe


                    Jom kawan ikut saya jogging di Taman KLCC......

Pasta Bolognese ini masak sendiri. Kalau nak sihat selalunya kena masak sendiri lah kan. Tapi ini pasta bolignese yang dan di melayukan. Sebab saya tumis sikit dengan bawang putih dan cili padi dengan guna minyak zaitun...sihat lah jugakkan....

Isnin pagi untuk Lapuran Berat perserta - Program Diet 50Hari



 Syukur turun sikit berat aku dr minggu lepas. From 62kg to 60 kg....kena tingkatkan usaha lagi...hingga capai target 52kg....(berangan jugak lah...he he).

Lapuran nie wajib setiap isnin pagi setiap perserta Program Diet 50 hari. Nampak kurus ke gambar nie...hehe
